PLAR Awareness e-learning modules

Here are two PLAR Awareness e-learning modules. The modules encourage learners to engage with the content ad provides assessment methods to allow learners to test their comprehension of the material. and purpose of the modules As a result learners will increase their comfort level when conversing with others and addressing PLAR requests and/or making decisions related to the activities and duties of their workplace.
PLAR Awareness e-learning modules

Module 1

offers participants a basic understanding of PLAR: what it is, how it works for a potential candidate and who benefits.

introduces the terms, functions and application of PLAR from the organizational perspective.

It also explores the interaction between the candidate and the workplace, institution, regulatory / professional organization through case studies.
